Traineeship Application Guidelines
IMPORTANT NOTICES
Before applying for an internship, students are required to complete Occupational Health and Safety training appropriate to the institution where the internship will be carried out. For information regarding this training, students may contact AFAMER.
The internship period is defined as 30 working days. However, in workplaces where Saturdays are regular working days, Saturdays may also be included in the internship duration. Sundays and official public holidays must not be included when calculating the total internship period. Before submitting an internship application, students are strongly advised to read the entire Internship Regulations provided in the website.
During the internship application process, obtaining the required signatures from the Department Chair and subsequently submitting the documents to the Accrual Office is entirely the responsibility of the student. Even if the documents are sent remotely via electronic scanning or by post, a designated representative must be authorized to deliver the physical documents to the relevant institution on behalf of the student.
