FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Is the Preparatory Program compulsory?
Yes. Students who do not achieve a passing score (65) on the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam administered by the School of Foreign Languages must attend the Preparatory Program. Students who apply for exemption based on nationally or internationally recognized exams will be evaluated by the relevant academic committees.
2. How long is the Preparatory Program?
The Preparatory Program lasts one academic year. Students who fail the proficiency exam at the end of the year may take the exemption exam again at the beginning of the next academic year.

1. What are the prominent features of Kütahya Dumlupınar University Department of Translation and Interpreting?
- The program consists of both theoretical and practical courses.
